From here, we share a questionnaire with you to help us understand more about your celebration and invite you to book a phone call if you're set with working with us, or we are happy to provide you with a quote via email. 

Once we have the info that's needed, we get to planning! This is the part where we will discuss with you your floral needs, give styling advice specific to your venue and personalised vibe in mind. 
We can do all this via email for a quick quote, or schedule a phone call or meet in person for larger scale event designs. 

We simply require a 10% non-refundable booking deposit and provide a contract for you to review and sign. Once both steps have been completed, we are all yours!

Approximately a month prior to your event, we will communicate with you via email, or phone-call [your choice]. Here we can ensure your vision will come to life perfectly, you are content with the plan and adjust it as necessary and clarify details.

On the day, the team arrive as scheduled to transform your space, and create the designs we've all been planning.
