Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us.

When we collect your personal information so we can get back to you about your enquiries, this information is never given to any third parties, but is solely used for Hello Posy Co service processes. 
This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We utilize secure resources such as Xero and Docusign in our business processes. Xero is utilized to send out invoices. You can either pay by direct deposit, or if you opt to pay by card, these payments are via Stripe Payment Gateway via our Xero account. 
All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons can obtain plaintext card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decryption, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and does not share any credentials with Stripe's primary services.
